What does it require of school leaders?

School leaders provide the time, space, and support for TXLS. This may include

• scheduling adjustments so teachers can meet and collaborate,
• coordinating time for teachers to observe each other’s classrooms, and 
• visiting teachers during their Lesson Study meetings.
